CONSTRUCTION: The control panel contains the transformer, current selector rotary switch. For light weight, the secondary of the transformer is kept water cooled and the unit is mounted on the castor wheels. Brazing transformers , from high quality CRGO laminations  to give low losses and class F insulated conductors for continuous operation at above 50 degree winding temperature.  The control panel has built in cooling system. The coolant reservoir is provided with electrical float switch to monitor the coolant level. The coolant is circulated using the self priming pump. The coolant is passed through the forced cooled heavy duty radiator. For getting the best results the coolant water to be used should be soft variety and be mixed with glycol ethylene for improved viscosity.   The 5/6 step rotary switch is used to select the tap on the transformer primary to get the desired brazing current.  The isolator and the fuse are included on the mains side. Heavy-duty contactor is controlled by ON/ OFF push buttons or from a remotely placed foot switch.  Custom designed ‘Parallel Jaw type heavy duty ‘ Brazing tong, fitted with carbon electrodes in specially steel locked with tapered holders and water connections. The movement of the jaws of tongs made to grip the jobs quickly.  The specially designed spring loaded, parallel three way plair type brazing tong can do brazing job in narrow space, also suitable for different type brazing jobs for copper flats, strings, wires etc.
